Return & Refund Policy

All MAC Designs products are made to order especially for you. Because our products are created after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, including ordering the wrong size, color, or product.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact MAC Designs within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

We will review the problem with our fulfillment partner and, when the issue qualifies, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost packages

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact MAC Designs as soon as possible so we can investigate the shipment.

Cancellations and order changes

Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance with an order.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
