Shipping policy

MAC Designs products are made to order especially for you. Because each item is created after your order is placed, please allow time for production before shipment.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping times vary depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment location. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact MAC Designs as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact MAC Designs so we can investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue.

Some orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages because items can be fulfilled at different locations.

International Order

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
